1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using X-Pole Stage Rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Rental Services

2.1 Equipment

X-Pole Stage Rental provides one professional X-Pole Stage for rental purposes. Our pole is inspected for safety and functionality before each rental.

2.2 Service Options

• Pickup Service ($250): Customer picks up equipment and handles setup independently
• Delivery & Setup Service ($500): We deliver and professionally install equipment at your location

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

All rentals must be booked in advance. Equipment availability is subject to prior bookings and maintenance schedules.

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before equipment delivery or pickup. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Pole rental fees are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you may reschedule your rental for a future date within one year of the original booking. The additional security deposit will be refunded only after the pole has been rented and returned in its original condition.

Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events may qualify for rescheduling.

4. Equipment Use and Safety

4.1 Proper Use

The pole must be used only for its intended purpose and according to manufacturer guidelines. Misuse may result in additional charges and liability.

4.2 Safety Requirements

Users must ensure proper setup, adequate ceiling height (minimum 10ft 6in), and appropriate flooring. Adult supervision is required for all use. We can assess your space during booking to ensure proper fit and safety.

4.3 Weight Limits

Maximum weight limit per pole is 330 pounds. Equipment must not be used beyond specified capacity.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers assume full responsibility for the pole's safety once in their possession. This includes proper setup, use, and return in original condition.

5.2 Damage and Loss

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the pole during the rental period. Replacement costs will be charged for damage or if the pole is missing.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

X-Pole Stage Rental's liability is limited to the replacement cost of the pole. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or consequential damages arising from pole use.

6. Equipment Return

6.1 Return Condition

The pole must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessively dirty.

6.2 Late Returns

Late returns incur additional daily rental charges. The pole not returned within 24 hours of agreed time may be reported as stolen.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect and use personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and use as described.

8. Modifications

X-Pole Stage Rental reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws. Any disputes will be resolved through local courts or binding arbitration.
