Everything you need to know about X-Pole Stage rental
We offer two service options:
- Pickup Service: $250 per day - You pick up and set up the pole yourself
- Delivery & Setup: $500 per day - We deliver, set up, and pick up the pole
An additional $200 payment is required at time of booking and will be refunded after the equipment is returned without any damages.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular dates like holidays and special occasions book up quickly since we only have one pole available.
For last-minute bookings, please call us directly to check availability.
We proudly serve the greater Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex and surrounding areas. Delivery and setup services are available throughout the region.
For pickup and drop-off rentals, we are located in Haltom City, TX 76137.
Yes! Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged before your original rental period ends. Additional days are charged at the same daily rate as your original booking.

The X-Pole Stage requires:
- Minimum ceiling height: 10ft 6in
- Floor space: 5ft in diameter
- Usable pole: 9 feet
- Weight capacity: 330lbs
- Surface types: Grass, carpet, tile, etc.
We can assess your space during booking to ensure proper fit and safety.
Yes! The X-Pole Stage is designed with safety in mind and is suitable for all skill levels. However:
- We recommend having an experienced instructor or spotter present
- Users should be aware of their own physical limitations
- Proper warm-up and stretching is essential
- We provide basic safety guidelines with every rental
Safety is our top priority, and we're happy to provide guidance on safe usage.
Absolutely! For pickup rentals, we provide:
- Detailed written setup instructions
- Video tutorial links
- Phone support during setup
- All necessary tools and hardware
For delivery service, our trained technicians handle all setup and takedown.
Pole rental fees are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you may reschedule your rental for a future date within one year of the original booking. The additional security deposit will be refunded only after the pole has been rented and returned in its original condition.
Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events may qualify for rescheduling.
The security deposit serves as a starting cost for any damage caused to the equipment. It does not cover minor wear and tear.
Repair or replacement costs are deducted from the security deposit.
Any costs exceeding the deposit will be billed separately.
You are fully responsible for any damage to the equipment or injury to yourself or others during the rental period.
We do not provide insurance—you must carry your own liability insurance for your event or rental use.
All equipment is thoroughly inspected before and after each rental.
Yes, all rentals require a signed rental agreement that covers:
- Terms and conditions of use
- Liability and insurance information
- Payment and cancellation policies
- Equipment care and return requirements
The agreement can be signed digitally or in person during pickup/delivery.

The security deposit is processed separately and refunded within 3-5 business days after equipment return.
